"Chase the Dragon"

DEA agent Thomas Grant is obsessed.  After over ten, fruitless years of fighting the Chinese Triad in San Francisco, Agent Grant (Nicolas Cage) finally infiltrates America's biggest opium cartel with the help of undercover Chinese agent Zing Wu (Chow Yun Fat).  After a video of Zing being tortured and hung is sent to police headquarters, Grant is authorized by the President himself to bring down the full weight of the federal government and eradicate the nefarious Triad once and for all.
